The procurement program for the twelve (12) months period will include the procurement of goods, works, and services to support the Millennium Challenge Account-Sierra Leone (MCA-SL) initiatives. This includes the procurement of additional IT infrastructure equipment, tablets for digitalization of board meetings, board management software, phones for MCA-SL, and furniture for MCA-SL staff. Additionally, consultant services will be procured for power sector change management program development, project software training, and audit services.
