Prequalification: Sierra Leone: Regulations to Enhance Private Sector Participation in Public Transport in Freetown
The objective of this assignment is to provide targeted; short?term advisory support to help operationalize public transport reforms in Freetown; Sierra Leone by: (i) translating completed analytical and diagnostic work into practical regulatory; contractual; and operational tools; and (ii) supporting private sector engagement and operator transition toward formal; urban public transport services.
