Development, customization, installation, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance of a Public Investment Management Information System (PIMIS) in Sierra Leone. The proposers are required to implement key features of the PIMIS system within 1 year and maintain the system for 3 years. The resulting PIMIS will be wholly owned by the Government of Sierra Leone, and the firm will be responsible for support and maintenance following commissioning.
